Contacted Dean this morning as unable to close our patio door last night as hinges needed alignment. He said he would call to have a look at it as soon as he’d finished the job he was working on. True to his word he let me know when he was enroute and arrived within 4 hours of my initial contact. He fixed the problem free of charge ( even though I insisted on paying), was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Dean for coming to our rescue! We can sleep easy tonight knowing the door is shut properly and locked.
From start to finish Dean was excellent with us needed a window talking out for a sofa to be put in living room. Excellent service and a very professional and clean worker. Would definitely recommend him 💯
Dean and fitter Andy fitted a composite door and replacement window today. I have to compliment them on excellent customer service and workmanship. Great communication from start to finish (not something you get with some companies), punctual, friendly, tidy, competitive price and a final product I'm really chuffed with. I'd be more than happy to use Carricks for work in the future. Thanks lads.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean and Andy after having new windows and composite front door. A professional and quality service.
Dean’s been brilliant from the first email I sent, really professional and understanding. Workmanship is fantastic and his prices are really competitive. We absolutely love our new front door and have noticed a real difference! Dean and Andy were great on the fitting day and didn’t stop, despite it being sub zero outside! They were also really kind and fixed our french doors while they were here. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely book him again!
